Interest On Foreign Investments In Nigeria Declines By 80 Percent Between 2020, 2021.

Interests on Foreign Investment in Nigeria fell to 1.69 Billion Dollars in the second quarter of 2021 from 8.41 billion Naira recorded in the second quarter of the same year.

Nigerian investment promotion commission, in its foreign trade report, explains that the total value of investments interests in the first half of the year also fell by 1.57 billion dollars to 10.11 billion dollars, while the figure is 5.05 billion dollars higher than the one recorded last year.
Bayelsa and Delta states however attract the most foreign investments out of the listed 14 states in the zone with 3.60 billion dollars and  2.94 billion dollars deals respectively.
