Governor Abiodun Names Ogun Press Centre After Osoba

Former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun soba says he went through serious trauma from his successor after he left office in 2003.
Chief Osoba narrating his experience during the commissioning of a  press centre named after him by Governor Dapo Abiodun at the governor’s office in Oke Mosan, explains that he was harassed by the successive government of Governor Gbenga Daniel, under who he alleged that he could not visit Ogun State, while he added that Governor Ibikunle Amosun’s tenure from 2011 to 2019 was problematic for him.

According to Family FM Reporter Bose Akintunde, the Egba Chief stated that the occasion has returned him to the seat of power for the first time after leaving office 18 years ago.

Meanwhile, Governor Abiodun at the event enjoins journalists to emulate  the life of chief Osoba by avoiding sensational report and spreading  of fake news, adding that  the press centre was named after him  as a  demonstration of his  government to press freedom
