CJN Commissions Judges Quaters, Hands Over Apartment In Rivers

The Chief Justice Of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, has commissioned the judges quarters built by The Rivers State Government.

The exercise was carried out today in Port Harcourt by Justice Of The Supreme Court, Justice Mary Odili who represented The Chief Justice of Nigeria.

He, however, thanked The State Governor, Nyesom Wike for building the edifice and naming it after a late senior advocate of Nigeria, Chinwe Aguma.

On his part, Governor Wike said the commissioning of the judges’ apartment is in fulfilment of the promise made by his administration in 2015, adding that the move is necessary to improve the living conditions of the judges who contribute to the dispensation of justice in the country.
